ORDERS & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be made available to you via your email provided at purchase, this will allow you to view the tracking information for any recent orders you have made.
We understand that when you make an order, you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!
Most of the products we sell, will ship quickly and be delivered to you in the fastest and most efficient way from a distribution centre in the UK.
We also operate from two other distribution centres, which are based in Poland and Germany, and some of our products will be shipped directly to you from these distribution centres if this means you get your order faster.
Most products will be marked "In Stock and are Shipped fast,
Within 24 –48 Hours".
Most stock items in the UK will be delivered to you within 2 - 4 business days - (Please allow 24hr-48hr handling time before shipment)
Before placing an order - (Please review the ETA displayed on the product page) If the ETA is within 2-4 Business days, then this is a domestic shipment.
If an ETA displays - 4 - 7 Business days - Then this will be a shipment that will come from our distribution centre in the EU
Most stock items in the UK will be delivered to you within 3 - 4 business days - (Please allow 24hr-48hr handling time before any arranged shipment)
A shipping confirmation email including carrier-specific tracking information will typically be sent within 48 hours.
For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday afternoon, you'll receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped via DPD or DHL, Parcelforce for international shipments and for Domestic shipments we use TNT, XDP, or Yodel

Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please see the ETA on the product page, as will be reflected for you to identify before making your purchase with us.

Order Successful
After you have successfully placed your order with us, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email.
If you have any requests for your order or amendments, kindly let us know, as soon as possible before your item enters the shipment processing stage.
Processing
Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the items that carry the most weight, and which have larger dimensions.
Our vendors carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment.
We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 48 hours.
Please note, that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the
processing time + the shipping time.

We partner with major international shipping companies to offer different methods.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these
times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will still try our best to deliver on time should this arise.

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take up to 48hrs before it becomes active on the tracking website. If the information is not
available please try again later.
