Things to know before making a booking for repair

Our technicians will attempt to repair all electric scooters to get you on your way safely and efficiently. Once the repairs have been carried out, our team will perform a full inspection which confirms the scooter has been reassembled correctly. If we don’t sell your model scooter the part you require may not be available, in which case we’ll need to go back to your supplier to request the parts so that we can carry out your repair.

If your electric scooter was bought elsewhere we will need to access the scooter before we can carry out any work, as in some cases we are unable to replace electrical components on scooters we don’t stock, this may be due to the parts not being available to us through our suppliers. If one of our technicians identify an electrical problem on a scooter that we don’t sell, we will advise you on the next course of action.
