I bought the scooter for my husband but was disappointed when it had a fault and only ran a short distance.When contacting scoot city we were asked to send rhe scooter to an address in London.We then had a video sent to us on our phone showing exactly what the gent was doing and him finding the fault.He returned the scooter to us and we received a new battery that was sent from Germany.The scooter is fantastic speedy easy to ride.Wonderful for my husband who has knee problems.Thankyou

I'm very pleased with my electric bike only problem was the back wheel mud guard screw just wouldn't tighten as the thread had gone on it so my husband will drill a permanent hole in. The service was quick and kept me updated. Would definitely recommend.

Considering this had to be imported to the UK, it arrived very quickly. Despite Brexit, there were no issues. I love it. Only downside is my kids love it also. They’re already planning how and when they’re going to use it. This will be useful when we stay at our static. Getting me out and about. Assuming I ever see it again after my daughter gets on it. It’s very flat and wild out there. Ideal for my scooter travels. I bought it initially to help me with my mobility. I’m not ready for a mobility scooter. Still young at heart and wanted something fun. I’m excited at the prospect of getting out and about. I tried it as soon as I received it, set it up and did the checks. The quality is nice. No chips or sharp bits. The only issue was the hilarious instructions. Information lost in translation. Here’s two hilariously funny ones (imo). Don't play tricks on electric tea cookers Do not transport passengers with electrodes Overall I’d recommend and would buy again
