Please note that our service or repair packages are strickly for Scoot City customers only.  
For electric scooter, hoverboard and electric bike service or repair, we can offer 2 types of service.
1) DIY (at home, self installation)
2) WORKSHOP (in house)
1) DIY - With DIY we send you out the the part/s and you carry out the work yourself at home.
If you are unable to carry out this work yourself or dont have time, we can offer our workshop service.
Select the type of service you require (Repair or Service).
For workshop repair your product will need to be packaged safely and securely and you'll need to arrange to have your product sent into the workshop. Alternatively we can email you a postage label (Printer Required). Please note that shipment costs are paid by the customer.

Electric bikes, scooters all need looking after and depending on how often they are used will determine how often they need a health check.

Whether you are in or out of warranty we can always help you to get your electric vehicle back on the road as soon as possible!

Standard Healthcheck Service £40 p/h


From puncture repairs, controller replacement to complete rewiring, we have you covered. If its an easy fix and you can do it yourself then we can send you out your parts.

Alternatively bring or send your e-bike, e-scooter to us and our expert technicians will take care of you.
