It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that your electric scooter is operated by all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Scoot City Ltd and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
